The villagers of three hill-tribe villages called Ban Sa-nguen Klang, Ban Sa-nguen Nua and Oow-toom tai in Omkoy district  are still using the surrounding forest as their daily toilet. Consequently, the villagers are risky themselves with infectious diseases from bacteria and poisonous wild species such as centipede and snake, especially during the night and the raining season.

Economically, women are also the main work force for the village and their families in working and generating income that their illness will be disrupt their financial activities.  Additionally, the majority of the villages are children, women and elderly people who are in the vulnerably group. Thus, to avoid having an illness is necessary to them as living in the area with minimal infrastructure cause a difficulty in cope with medical expense.

The money raised for this project will be a life changing activities for leading to  an improvement in sanitation that will impact on women from more than 138 families in those three villages.
