Sarit Chanajindachod and Vicsit Dejsri, the owner of Save Sense, founded the Head Cover project as they were inspired by talking to Ajarns at the Rangsit Baby Home. With this in mind, they started making a helmet and a child’s bed guard to protect children from injury.

Vicsit, a father himself, also talked about his personal inspiration: “my inspiration is originally based on that children under the age of two con not take care themselves and need to be trained in order to sleep, sit and stand on their own. However, a child can get injure as my son did . A basically, at home, parents usually can take care of their own children but, at a nursing home, it is not an easy task for a nurse to take care of many children in the same time”.

The Rangsit Baby Home, is responsible for more than 200 children under the age of six. This means that a nurse must be fully focused on children even during bedtime to ensure the children avoid any injuries. For example, children could get a head injury by hitting something solid such as a bed or table.

Our solution :
1.We have create a helmet for children under the age of two that is made from sponge which is, easy for air venting, cleaning, and adapted for various sizes.
2.We have also created a child’s bed guard for all four sides of a bed, easy for cleaning and durable for many years.
