ที่มา/ความสำคัญโครงการ :
A lot of people think that neutering animals is brutalizing. But if you leave domesticated animals in a productive age especially a cat outside of your homes, it tends to annoy your neighbors and create so many new lives – which one day will become a stray cat in a society and cause so many problems. In addition, because every cat has its hormone, detaining cats in a limited area tends to cause chaos at your home.
Wachira Taveesukshuk (Aunt Luk) got inspiration to create the Love Cats And Help Them project in 2006 as she had seen one cat to die before she finished fundraising for treating.
Today, this project is very well known and has done a lot of good things such as finding proper homes for cats, supporting medical expense, and other activities. Even though many people want to help this project as a volunteer, we still could not implement this project entirely.
Anyone who wants to join us, we kindly want your supports.
As a result from this project, cats will mentally and physically get healthier, and neutering will reduce a number of cats on the streets and some bad habits. Our 31 pervious activities.

ประโยชน์ของโครงการ :
- We want to create a society for giving. You can contact us anytime to help cats suffering from any accident to get medical treatment whenever you see it.
- Promote free service of neutering.
- Encourage people to help cats to have a place to live.
กิจกรรมที่จะดำเนินโครงการ :
Offer free service of neutering for cats whether or not it has an owner.
Perpetration for neutering
- A cat should be older than 5 months and have weight at least 2 K.
- A cat should be healthy.
- A female cat cannot be pregnant or undergo to a process of breeding within two weeks.
- A cat cannot drink or eat at least 8-12 hours.
Neutering will benefit tomcats (male):
- Neutering will reduce the risk of malfunction of prostate gland, as a cat gets older.
- Reduce aggressiveness and some bad behaviors such as biting other cats.
- Reduce chance to be infected by salivary as disease carrier to one another.
- Reduce tomcat’ instincts such as peeing to set its territory and smell.
Neutering will benefit female cats:
- Without breeding, sexual hormone will cause inflammation of the endometrium, and a cat could suffer from breast cancer when it gets older.
- Any cat undergoing neutering will live longer than who doesn’t.
- Protect infection or cancer in its reproductive organ and reduce a state of estrus.

เทใจดอทคอม เริ่มต้นจากความต้องการช่วยเหลือกลุ่มคนที่อยากทำเรื่องดีๆ เพื่อสังคม เทใจเป็นโครงการภายใต้มูลนิธิบูรณะชนบทแห่งประเทศไทยในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ โดยมีมูลนิธิเพื่อ “คนไทย” และ สถาบัน ChangeFusion ร่วมกันสร้างพื้นที่กลางนี้ขึ้นมา เราอยากให้เทใจเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับคนที่ต้องการสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงในสังคม และให้สมาชิกของเทใจสามารถมีส่วนร่วมติดตามผลการดำเนินโครงการที่ตนบริจาคได้
