Process of the project
1.Form a working group (Advisory Board), a representative from civil society organizations, volunteer organizations and the general public. Co-driven approach to the operation of the center.
2.Co-guidelines for the operations in the short, medium and long term.
3.Recruit volunteers and organize the volunteers. In terms of management, fabric sale and the social enterprise (Helping marginalized groups)
-Donations and transferring fabric used
-Selection and pricing
-Repairs and processing of second-hand goods such as bedding, duvets, towels for added value
-Volunteers distribute clothes shop and fair second-hand clothes in places
-Selection of the needy to be of assistance
-Visiting and caring for the needy by the participation of volunteers, such as the development of clean accommodation and health care. Coordinating with relevant agencies to promote healthy living for the needy
4.Categorize second-hand clothes, classify and sort fabric used to be available for cleaning or repair
5.Distribution through second-hand clothes shop “Pa Sarng Sook”, both in primary and sub-sectors in the community or in institutions with volunteer participation
6.Raise revenue “Pa Sarng Sook” and revenue administration to support the marginalized groups that have been selected
7.Provide funding support marginalized groups and helps with follow-up assessments
8.Provide volunteer support groups who want to develop volunteer activity in the area

Definitions:
- Marginalized groups, referring to the poor or disadvantaged people who need special assistance, such as orphans, good student but lack of good scholarship, disabled poor and poor families

Target (per year):
1.Promote and support marginalized people in the area, 20 people.
2.Trained volunteers: students, general public, 200 people.
3.Operational support to the volunteer group of 10 volunteer groups per activity.
