The Rangsit Babies’ Home (Ban Dek On Rangsit), in Pathum Thani Province, Thailand is home to about 300 children. These children are either orphans as their parents are no more, or, the children are separated from their parents and families. Living away from their natural caregivers causes a huge impact on young children’s development. Ban Dek On hosts and provides care for children up to the age of six that are orphaned, homeless or in need of assistance and protection. The orphanage is registered under the Child Protection Act, year 2546.

Every child of the world has the right to the necessities of living, proper love and care. As a human being every child has the right to the means of physical, psychological, emotional, social and intellectual development. Moreover proper care results in the child growing up to be a mature and responsible citizen in future. We, as the privileged members of our society have the responsibility towards the less-privileged members and specially children who are in need. While we celebrate each occasion of our live graciously, these parents-less children or children who are separated from their parents have very few occasions to smile and celebrate.

With the collected money the project will buy milk, food and medicines for the children of orphanage, and also a magic show will be organized to entertain the children in the new year. The food, milk and medicine supplies will last for approximately one month.
