PuchongYotha is studying civil engineering at the Suranaree University of Technology, whose happiness come form helping disabled dogs to have a lively life again as they can walk and run without painful suffering.
Puchong say; “the main ideas of making a dog wheelchair are a cheap cost and light weight so that everybody can comfortably buy for their dogs. With this reason, I use PVC material,PVC joints, leather for bearing impact, wheel, leather glue, and hot glue. Overall, the total cost is around 500 Baht for one wheelchair, and I use around 2 hours for making it.”
But Puchong does not want to keep this innovation with him because he has a lot of things to do as a student and is afraid that he may not be able to deliver all the demand. Therefore, he would like to share his knowledge on how to make the wheelchair to other people having the same passion.
With these reasons, MA: D, co-working space for change-makers, will step in to help this project by:
1.Opening its space and/or finding space for doing this activity.
2.Recruiting 40 volunteers who want to make a dog wheelchair for disabled dogs.
