Today, the Change Gangsters to Become an Expert on The Restaurant Business project is closed. Sirinart Torviriyalertchai, the owner this project, and Na Yun Ho, director of Oyori Thailand, social enterprise have mission to empowerment women and young people in order to get a good job in the future.
Oyori Thailand have been proceeding job training for young people in Chiang Mai since last August with local partners. The local partners, Grace International (GIS) and No Drugs Rule (NDR), are both NGOs directed at providing better opportunities for disadvantaged youth – although the two work in very different ways.
For the first time, 6 young people learned professional skills in the restaurant business. After one month training, 3 of them have worked in Oyori the Grill restaurant. Oyori the Grill is the first social restaurant of Oyori Thailand in Chiang Mai. (+66 53 213 175)
Oyori Thailand will continue job training program and grow up youth together : )
NOTE :
GIS is a Christian nonprofit that seeks to provide quality education for the children of migrant workers located in Southeast Asia, while NDR strives to take young criminals and gang members off drugs and out of the streets.
