Social issues
Today, "rising unemployment" is no longer just a media headline—it is a daily reality affecting countless lives across Thailand. The faces behind these statistics are dealing with immense, everyday pressures:
● Recent graduates are struggling to enter the workforce, often finding themselves jobless while already weighed down by the heavy burden of family debts they did not create.
● Mid-career individuals are facing unexpected layoffs. They are forced to urgently scramble for new employment while shouldering the intense dual responsibility of caring for young children and aging parents at the same time.
● Displaced workers from various sectors are desperately trying to start over in a hyper-competitive labor market that is evolving faster than ever before.
The core issue holding these individuals back is not a lack of potential, resilience, or ambition. It is a critical mismatch between their existing skills and current market demands. Currently, there is a severe lack of systemic support to bridge the gap between a person's desperate desire for a "second chance" and their actual ability to secure sustainable employment. Without intervention, this widening skills gap will only continue to deepen economic inequality across Thai society.

Khun Khanun – Software Development Program (Cohort 1)
Once a delivery rider, Khanun faced daily physical risks on the road just to make ends meet. Through our short-term tech bootcamp, he safely transitioned into the digital economy in a matter of months.
Today, he works as a Software Quality Assurance, earning a higher, more reliable income without putting his life at risk every day.
Khun Woody – EV Charging & Solar Installation Program (Cohort
Formerly an air-conditioning technician, Woody struggled with an unpredictable income that made it difficult to support his family. His work lacked stability and offered little room for upward mobility. Gaining access to our EV sector training became his "second chance."
Today, he holds a full-time position in EV after-sales service, earning a stable income while building expertise in clean energy—one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.
Approaches to addressing issues
Our ultimate goal is not just graduation; it is employment, financial independence, and sustainable income. We achieve this by: 1. Conducting industry needs assessments to identify in-demand skills and co-design our curricula with employers. 2. Delivering short-term bootcamps that prepare talent for high-demand careers in today’s job market. Our Core Programs Include: ● Junior Software Developer (JSD): Equipping learners with the coding and technical skills needed to launch a career in the tech industry. ● EV Charger & Solar Installer Professional (EV-CSIP): Training highly-skilled specialists in electric vehicle charging infrastructure and solar energy systems. ● EV Sales Advisor (EV-SA): Preparing professionals for high-demand, client-facing roles in the booming electric vehicle sector.

We will carefully select 40 highly motivated participants who demonstrate a strong commitment to securing stable employment. The program will provide intensive technical training, comprehensive career coaching, and dedicated job placement support. Through this immersive bootcamp, participants will graduate fully equipped with the skills, confidence, and industry connections needed to successfully transition into sustainable careers.
