Every day, people suffering from critical poverty situations contact the Mirror Foundation seeking assistance. Many of these individuals are impacted by economic problems, leading to a lack of the four basic necessities of life: food, clothing, shelter, and medicine, which are fundamental to quality of life. There are children dropping out of the education system and sick people who cannot access treatment simply because they lack travel funds to see a doctor. Many families require an emergency care system that can sustain them until they can restart their lives.

Every year, major disaster situations occur, including wildfires, floods, inundation, and landslides. The Mirror Foundation plays a role in managing volunteers during these crises, as well as designing innovations to solve problems.

The Forest Fire Volunteer Project (โครงการอาสาดับไฟป่า) gathers volunteer forces and local villagers in the affected areas, utilizing available equipment, technology, and tools to help extinguish the forest fires.

The Volunteer House Cleaning Project (โครงการอาสาล้างบ้าน) focuses on recovery assistance for disaster victims after the floodwaters recede. This involves mobilizing volunteers to help clean houses, clear living spaces, repair and rebuild homes, and provide essential basic necessities within the house. This is to alleviate the suffering of vulnerable affected families, including those with elderly people, bedridden patients, people with disabilities, women, and children living alone, allowing them to return to a normal life. This also includes providing school uniforms and supplies to children affected by the disaster.
