To our friends and family that have given us hearts full of joy, we would like to invite you to become 'Heart Heroes'. As Heart Heroes, not only will you aid Proud's dilemma about starting a new decade and help Phan's heart finally find true love, but you'll also more importantly change the lives of children who really need a new heart.  Every year 4000 kids are born with disabilities that require a heart transplant. We want to take this special occasion where we turn one year older and hopefully one year wiser to make a difference together.
