After the flood crisis in 2011, the Mirror Foundation sent its volunteers to clean devastated areas and found that a lot of elders, most of them were poor, in Pathumthani had been affected in terms of health and not got medical treatment after recovery. With all of these reasons, we want to create this project under a concept that “heal patients on their sides to reduce expenses”
Visited a patient at his home
We will give medical equipment, from donation, and other necessary equipment to elders such as a wheelchair, hospital bed, walker, and adult diaper that are very expensive for elders to get it. We also found that elders who suffered with diseases needed friends and confidence to fight against those kinds of pains, and some of patients’ relatives were very depressed from taking care. Our volunteers will visit patients at their homes to support them and their relatives to understand the rights of the elders.

ประโยชน์ของโครงการ :
1. Give confidence, happiness, and positive mental health to elders suffering from diseases and their relatives
2. Elders suffering from diseases can reach necessary facilities such as a wheelchair, hospital bed, and adult diaper
3. Elders suffering from diseases can reach information and rights in terms of medical treatment and other helps
4. Open an opportunity for people to work as a volunteer
5. Create more collaboration in a society in various dimensions in terms of voluntarism, resource, and knowledge.
กิจกรรมที่จะดำเนินโครงการ :
- Visit patients at their homes and give an adult diaper, bed, three-legged cane and walker to them because most of patients suffering paralysis and other elders cannot move and take care themselves on excretion.
- Clean Senior Care Center Bang Khae to give them healthiness of environment and living.
- Deliver enjoyment to elders by organizing a karaoke activity at the Senior Care Center Bang Khae.
